Shipping & Delivery
Welcome to the Wadorth Shipping & Delivery page. We are committed to providing you with a seamless delivery experience. Please review the following information regarding our shipping policies and procedures.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Options and Estimated Transit Times
- Australia Post - Free Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.
- Express Post: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. This service is available for a flat rate of $9.95 AUD.
Shipping prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Wadorth is not currently registered for GST; no GST is added to shipping charges.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all mainland states and territories within Australia, including Tasmania. Please be aware that deliveries to remote locations such as Northern Territory remote areas and Western Australia regional areas may experience extended delivery times.
PO Box / Parcel Locker
We support deliveries to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers nationwide through Australia Post.
International Shipping
Currently, Wadorth does not offer international shipping. We only ship within Australia.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at wadorth@outlook.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Remedy on Excessive Delay
If the delivery service is not rendered within a reasonable time, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL s.61). Contact us and we will offer a remedy including refund, re-delivery, or cancellation as appropriate. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
