Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

At Wadorth, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for change of mind, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

ACL Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. You can contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at accc.gov.au for more information on your consumer rights.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at wadorth@outlook.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that personalised items, final-sale items, and intimate apparel cannot be returned for change of mind. However, ACL guarantees still apply for defects.

Major vs Minor Failure (If Product is Faulty)

If a product is faulty, you have the right to choose a refund or replacement for major failures. For minor failures, we will repair, replace, or refund the item within a reasonable time.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the item you wish to exchange for.

Shipping Costs on Returns

If the product is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your return or refund, please contact us first at wadorth@outlook.com. If you are still not satisfied, you may contact the ACCC or your state fair-trading office, such as NSW Fair Trading, Consumer Affairs Victoria, or the Office of Fair Trading QLD.
